Step-I: First of all Alumina support is manufactured. There are two methods for Alumina support formation, 1. Oil drop method 2. Extrusion Method
Step-II: Three methods of catalyst manufacturing are used on commercial scale, 1. Dry or wet impregnation, 2. Co-mulling 3. Hot soaking/dip impregnation. Simple support and catalyst manufacturing process is given in the attached file.
