Dear Usman, following are key performance indicators of hydrotreating reactor; these should be critically monitored and controlled within design operatable range for the desired performance of hydrotreating reactor.
Weight Average Bed Temperature (WABT), reactor inlet temperature, Bed differential temperature, Radial Spread, Product Specifications, Recycle Gas Rate or Gas to Oil ratio, Recycle Gas Purity, Feed Rate or LHSV, Catalyst Temperature, Differential Pressure of the Reactor
