1. Pyrophoric catalyst
2. Inter atmosphere inside the reactor
3. Life-threatening confined space, with an inert atmosphere
4. Static electricity in vacuum system use
5. Adverse health effects of catalyst dust
6. Heavy rigging or working ta height
7. Presence of toxic chemicals e.g Nickle Crabonyl in nickel catalyst
8. Residual chemicals like Benze or Butadiene
